An entrepreneurial approach and the need to excel and innovate are the driving forces behind Mr. David N. Jonas, Founder, President and CEO of JVC Investment Partners LLC, a firm that provides private investment and strategic support to early stage and middle market businesses in the healthcare space. David’s business management experience, spanning more than 35 years, includes extensive strategic and operational experience in product development, manufacturing, sales and distribution of critical healthcare products and services.

David is the Founder, Former Chairman and CEO of PharMEDium Healthcare Corporation, where he continues to serve as a member of the Board of Directors. PharMEDium Healthcare Corporation is the industry's preeminent provider and the national leader of hospital outsourced ready–to-use sterile compounding product and services for intravenous and epidural therapies.
Prior to founding JVC Investment Partners and PharMEDium, David was a co-founder and COO of Renal Therapy Services Worldwide Inc., a Baxter International Inc. subsidiary and a global leader in providing clinical services to ESRD patients. Previously, David held the position of Vice President, Global Corporate Development as well as various other senior management positions at Baxter International Inc.
In addition, David is the Founder & Former Chairman of AIBEx®, a program of the America - Israel Chamber of Commerce Chicago. With this initiative, AIBEx® created a unique platform for launching new and innovative technologies into the U.S. market that gave birth to many success stories.
David serves on the Board of Directors for ReliefBand Technologies LLC, Pharma Two B Ltd., and Levitection Ltd. Previously, David served on numerous boards of privately held companies and non-for-profit organizations, including The Chicago Medical School, Gore-Bronson Bancorp, Healthcare Venture Fund, Medica Venture Fund, Guarantor Insurance, Inc., IBAX Healthcare Systems.
