David N. Jonas

An entrepreneurial approach and the need to excel and innovate are the driving forces behind David N. Jonas, Founder, President and CEO of JVC Investment Partners.  David’s business management experience, spanning more than 40 years, includes extensive strategic and operational experience in product development, manufacturing, sales and distribution of critical healthcare products and services.

David is the Founder, Former Chairman and CEO of PharMEDium Healthcare Corporation (https://www.lek.com/insights/client-billion-dollar-success-story-pharmedium-leks-stuart-jackson).

Prior to founding JVC Investment Partners and PharMEDium, David was a co-founder and COO of Renal Therapy Services Worldwide Inc., a Baxter International Inc. subsidiary and a global leader in providing clinical services to ESRD patients. Previously, David held the position of Vice President, Global Corporate Development as well as various other senior management positions at Baxter International Inc.

David serves on the Board of Directors for ReliefBand Technologies LLC, Pharma Two B Ltd., and Levitection Ltd.  Previously, David served on numerous boards of privately held companies and non-for-profit organizations, including The Chicago Medical School, Gore-Bronson Bancorp, Healthcare Venture Fund, Medica Venture Fund, Guarantor Insurance, Inc., IBAX Healthcare Systems.

Jonathan Jonas

Jonathan Jonas oversees JVC Investment Partners’ alternative investment portfolio targeting direct private equity, growth equity and venture capital investments. Jonathan has over twenty years of business experience in the healthcare and financial services industries. His background in finance and operations has resulted in significant growth in JVC’s assets under management.

Prior to joining JVC, Jonathan held various positions of increasing leadership and responsibility at Boston Scientific Corporation, working in finance, sales and operations, including overseeing sales operations in Boston Scientific’s Cardiac Rhythm Management Division.

Jonathan serves on the Board of Directors of Trisol Medical Ltd and on the Board of Trustees of the University of Chicago Medical Center.

Jonathan is a registered CPA in the State of Illinois. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan, a General Course Degree from the London School of Economics and an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

Jack Connelly

Jack Connelly assists in the oversight of JVC Investment Partners' investment portfolio targeting direct private equity, growth equity and venture capital investments. Jack's experience rests in healthcare M&A and commercial real estate portfolio construction. Jack is involved in investment sourcing, business due diligence, valuation analysis, and the negotiation of contracts and other agreements.

Prior to joining JVC, Jack accumulated various experiences including conducting M&A at Stericycle, sourcing and analyzing commercial real estate investments at Magnolia Capital, consulting for Precog Health (quality and value based reimbursement software), and co-developing a disruptive primary care concept (Drive Thru Medicine LLC) with two physicians in the Chicagoland area.

Jack holds a BA in Public Health and Entrepreneurship from Johns Hopkins University and a MA in Health Informatics from Northwestern University.
